Dear Friends
This is a unique event in the history of the College. Our colleagues from the American College and the Canadian Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists are joining hands with the RCOG in this truly tripartite meeting. We have selected the topics of practical relevance and those at the cutting edge of science relevant to our specialty. The speakers are internationally renowned and we hope to offer a magnificent scientific programme. The Officers and staff of all three organisations and the representative committee of the College in Canada has worked hard to organise this meeting.
This meeting will be a great opportunity to network with your colleagues from Canada, USA and the British Isles and to forge links for future interaction. The weather at that time in Montreal is expected to be pleasant and it will provide a splendid opportunity for the participants and the accompanying persons to join a number of social activities that are planned during the meeting and immediately afterwards. Canada has a lot to offer and the social events that are organised will be memorable. We have made every effort to plan an interesting intellectual meeting and we hope that you will join us in Montreal in September 2008
